What We Offer
A Comfortable Atmosphere
Dress casually or dress up...we just want you to enjoy the cozy feel of the lower level of the Danes Hall. We have bar seating, hightop tables, and granite topped dining tables for you sit down and relax. To embrace Danish Hygge (pronounced hoo-ga), we have added a nook/krog with living room furniture for you to grab a drink and catch up with friends. You can also use our main level space that offers a different feel with the antique furniture and large windows.

Outdoor Seating
Completed in 2024, the Danes Hall Plaza offers our guests a space to enjoy the outdoors of Waupaca's Historic Main Street. Relax in the furniture from Northern Home and fire tables and heaters on cooler nights. The sun sets behind the building so it is a relaxing space to enjoy in the late afternoon and evening with a drink and a meal. QR codes are available at the tables to make ordering convenient.

Spirits
The Granite Cellar team loves to craft cocktails and create specialty drinks that make every night in the Granite Cellar special. Come down to the bar or sit on the plaza to relax with friends and family with our signature Granite Cellar Old Fashioned, glass of wine, or bottle of beer. Not a drinker, no problem. Food
Our food is not your typical bar food...nothing is deep fried.
The #1 seller is the Granite Cellar Grilled Cheese, and we receive many compliments about our Crab Cakes, Gyro, and Jack's Italian Beef. While we don't deep fry our fish, we offer a lightly breaded pan-fried flounder and seared scallops on Fridays. We even have a New York Strip Steak that we offer on Saturdays.

Sunday Brunch

Tini Tuesdays
Start your week out with a night of fun with our marTini special - $2 off our Tini Menu and Trivia. Trivia starts at 6:30pm and consists of 5 categories of 10 questions each. Wager all, none, or some of your points on the last question. You don't have to earn all the points, just more points than anyone else.

Thirsty Thursdays
Offering Happy Hour prices all evening and no games, Thursdays are the perfect night to hang out with your friends, coworkers, or have a date night. Old Fashioned Flights available.
Wine Down on Wednesdays
We offer a selection of red, white, and sparkling wines to satisfy almost any palate. Available by the single pour, double pour, or bottle. On Wednesdays, we offer $1 off single pours, $2 off double pours, and $4 off bottles. Play Name That Tune Music Trivia for a chance to Win bragging rights and a prize at 6:30pm.
Old Fashioned & Flounder Fridays
In Wisconsin, Fridays are for Old Fashioneds and fish. We offer 10 different kinds of Old Fashioneds on our special menu, which are a $1 off on Old Fashioned Fridays. Can't decide on just one...order a flight and try 4 different kinds. Friday Night Flounder and Seared Scallops are available on the food menu.
